Serbia offers for sale assets of insolvent paper producer Lepenka

BELGRADE (Serbia), September 22 (SeeNews) – Serbia's Bankruptcy Supervision Agency is inviting bids for the sale of assets of insolvent paper and cardboard producer Lepenka, it said.

The estimated value of the assets of Lepenka is 541.1 million dinars ($5.4 million/4.6 million euro) and interested investors will be able to place their bids until October 30, the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency said in a statement on Monday.

The list of assets put up for sale includes the production factory and offices in Novi Knezevac, equipment and current assets, the agency said.

A deposit of 108.2 million dinars is required to participate in the bidding.

Lepenka was declared bankrupt in June 2017.
